Warm is one of those nights that does exactly what it says on the tin – the musical equivalent of a large brandy by a roaring fire, this is house music that wraps you up in its delicious melodies and heats up the dancefloor.
Best known as a highly revered electronic music artists’ agency, their roster boasts the likes of Jazzanova, Âme, Dixon, Stefan Goldmann and Will Saul. Some years ago, Warm head Ali Tillett had the bright idea of teaming up with the Jazzanova’s Sonar Kollektiv crew, a vessel for the music of many of Warm’s brightest charges, to put on one-off events around London, Brighton and Bournemouth.
After a handful of London residencies including Bridge & Tunnel and Medicine Bar (now East Village) in Shoreditch, Warm is now an occasional resident in AKA, featuring la crème de la crème of the Warm and Sonar Kollektiv stables. Residents Ali and Rob Summerhayes are joined by regular guests such as Roland Appel, I:Cube and Marcus Enochson.
